A persona summarises customers with similar needs. Read the fictional app example to separate customer evidence from guesses. For your business, consider which questions about price, booking or using the service recur.
A/B variants are two alternatives with different wording; drafting them does not establish which performs better. Then read an outline and a longer draft, checking that benefits and experiences are supported. Compare the examples without publishing them.
Impressions count displays and clicks count interactions with a link; neither is a purchase. Read denominators and periods in the fictional table, then consider the same distinctions for views, enquiries and bookings. If you have no campaign data, finish with the worked example.
Give AI opening hours, menu facts and customer questions. Study how stock and schedule changes alter the requests and resulting drafts.
Explain how to spot an unconfirmed service promise, distinguish a customer assumption and avoid treating more views as proof of more sales. Revisit the relevant example if needed. You can complete this understanding check without running an assistant or publishing anything.
Revisit the explanation →Use the worked examples and explanations to describe how AI supports each step below. Running an external tool is optional.
Use the final lesson's shop records to prompt AI for notices and replies, then request a revision using the change records. Keep sources, prompts, first response, revision and checks together. Without tools, explain the additional requests and which wording changed in the supplied conversation. Publishing or buying ads is not required.
